9:30—10:15 Instructor’s Choice with Elizabeth Creasy (Mon. ONLY)
Instructor chooses what participants will do. Class will meet for 6 Mondays and then change to a different choice. Choices include: Water Zumba, Strength and Tone, Boot Camp, etc. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.
9:30-10:15 High Intensity Water Aerobics with Patsy Wheat (Wed & Fri ONLY)
Participants use a variety of equipment in this high intensity class. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.
10:30-11:15 Arthritis Aquatic Program with Rebekah Overstreet
Endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class uses only range of motion exercises. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.
Tuesday & Thursday Classes
8:30-9:15 Low Intensity Water Aerobics with Mary DeWald
Participants use a variety of equipment. This class is great for those just beginning water aerobics. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim.
9:30—10:00 Water Zumba with Elizabeth Creasy (Tues. ONLY)
Participants will be doing Latin inspired dance fitness in the water. Come and Join the Party!!!
10:00-10:45 Water Aerobics with Elizabeth Creasy
Participants use a variety of equipment. Participants focus on form and strength training. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim.
4:00—4:45 Water Aerobics with Kitty Tomkinson
Participants use a variety of equipment in shallow water. The last portion of the class focuses on relaxation and core strengthening. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim
7:00-8:00 Water Aerobics with Nancy Sweeney
Participants use a variety of equipment in shallow water. This class is great for those just beginning water aerobics. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim.
