ACRO YOGA
Gymnastics, Acro, and dance
require strength, flexibility,
balance, focus and determination.
Yoga is a practice that helps to build
strength, flexibility, balance, and focus
with close attention to proper alignment.
Adding yoga to a regular
practice has been found to increase
flexibility, reduce stress, and improve
stamina.
Yoga practice can help the athlete
prevent injury through education on
proper alignment, static strength positions,
and flexibility exercises. Background in gymnastics, acro, or dance highly recommended.
