H.I.T. High Intensity Training
This class pushes you to new training heights. You will condition your body using free weights, steps, medicine balls, tubes, stability balls. This circuit style class will give your work out variety!
This class starts with body condition movements that strengthen and stretch muscles to promote conditioning. Followed by Cardio Blast exercises and finally cooling down with core exercises. This class is perfect for all ages and abilities.
Spin Cycle Wheels and Weights
45 minutes of pure cycle intervals. This class combines cycle cardio with light weights and medicine balls while cycling for major core and upper body work. This takes spinning to a whole new level. Ramp up your cardio with a Spin class.
