Exercise
Water aerobics is a great way to cross train and break up the
usual workout routine. Classes do approximately 20 minutes of
cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, and 10 of stretching.

Arthritis Class
One of our biggest classes, the arthritis class is a great class
for those with arthritis or other physical disabilities to meet
others and have fun. Program participants are led by trained personnel
through a series of specially designed exercises, which with the
aid of the water’s buoyancy and resistance, can help improve
joint flexibility.
