CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Body Blast:
An interval based workout that targets muscles from head to toe. Includes Hi/Lo aerobics, kick boxing, step aerobics, stability ball, strength training, pilates, yoga, and relaxation. This class will very daily for best results. Come and have a Blast!
Body Focus:
Focus on a great workout for the mind & body. This class you will learn proper breathing technique used to calm the mind & re-energize the body, toning exercises that strengthen from head to toe, gain flexibility, & improve core strength. Class is structured around safe & effective techniques from a combination of Pilate’s, Yoga, Stability ball, bands & weights. Lets focus on YOU!
Interval Cir-Cut:

Middle Ground:
An intense abdominal workout. Focusing strictly on the midsection. Using balls, mats,& sheer determination we will sculpt your body into a new you.

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is a trademarked group exercise class designed for older adults. Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power.
