Be-Energized: A cardiovascular interval training class that is designed to challenge participants physically to achieve their personal best. This class is an excellent way to burn unwanted fat while improving the cardiovascular system and toning the entire body. Such equipment as the aerobic step, exercise ball, and exercise mat will be used in this class.
Be-Defined: A weight training style class that is designed to work all major muscle groups along side with each groupings subunit set. This class is an excellent way to strengthen and tone the body while burning fat. Such equipment as barbells, dumbbells, weighted plates, resistance bands, exercise bench, and exercise ball will be used in this class.
Be-Hot: A maximum interval training class that is designed to work all three major aspects of fitness which include cardiovascular training, weight training, and flexibility training. This class will push participants to their personal best while mixing short bursts of cardiovascular training and weight training with a yoga style cool down to achieve maximum fitness results in minimal time. Such equipment as aerobic step, bench, exercise ball, resistance band, barbell, dumbbell, and Yoga mat will be used in this class.
Be-Balanced: A Pilates and Yoga fusion class that is designed to lengthen and tone the body. This class will mix core-training Pilates and Yoga together for a excellent mixture for achieving a lean body while also improving core strength, posture, healthy breathing techniques, flexibility, and clam state of mind. Such equipment as Yoga Block, Yoga Mat, Yoga Strap, and exercise ball will be used in this class.

News, Changes and Exciting Times for Moneta!
We're in our new location and we love it! The new space has allowed us to offer many more classes and we are adding more as needed. We are also open earlier (M-F @6:00a.m.) and close later (M-Th@8:00p.m.) so come and work out before or after work.
New facility in Mayberry Hills update:
We are in the quiet phase of our capital campaign. The first phase of the project, the aquatics center will include a six-lane competitive pool, a water therapy pool, a family recreational facility with a spray park and big slide. Other sections will include locker rooms, offices and a child observation area. The second phase will be a teen center and child care facility. "We are still in the silent phases of the capital campaign....it has to be done right, and done efficiently," Mary Jo Boone, Director and CEO said.

The campaign's steering committee is busy looking at plans for fundraising but also looking at naming opportunities for segments and features of the new YMCA, such as rooms named in honor of donors. "We have a very excited, and very involved steering committee," Boone said. We are ready to work and get this facility built! When finished, the Moneta YMCA will be about 23,000 square feet, with plenty of space to accommodate a growing membership and programs.
